The subscription fee entitles the Examiner to unlimited use of the LifeCareWriter server while an account is active. There
are no additional charges. Completed plans are downloaded to the Examiner's local hard drive and become the property
of the Examiner.
LifeCareWriter forms are retained on our server indefinitely while accounts remain in good standing.
Computer Methods reserves the right to administrate the database and maintain the server as
provided in the LifeCareWriter Service Agreement.
